In this process, you (the custodian of the document) sign a written statement (affidavit) swearing that the photocopy is a true and accurate reproduction of the original. We then notarize your signature on that statement. This is a common solution for documents such as:

Business Contracts or Records
Important Note: We cannot perform this service for "Vital Records" (such as Birth, Death, or Marriage Certificates) or documents already recorded in a public office (like Deeds). Those must be obtained directly from the government agency that issued them.
